IMPORTANT: We do not offer refunds for voluntary returns. A full refund will only be issued if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.


Returns

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return only if the item is defective or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We’ll evaluate the issue and offer a full refund or replacement if the issue is confirmed.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

If you're unsure about an item, contact us before purchasing.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, you must wait for the return (if approved due to defect) to be processed, and then place a new order separately.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, only if the item is defective.
Items must be in the same condition as received: unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
